So i been on the island since day 1, and was able to get land but now people are claiming my land without any penalty. Serious i cant even sail out to go tame anything because i have to come back to contest these people. Funny thing is this guy can place his flag but I cant do it to him. Either this a bug or people are exploiting on claimed land.
