Me and my friends have that same problem alot , its common i guess , after a few tries and a few change of home servers we can get in though , sometimes we just fall out of the sky to our death -
Fix server ! unable to log for more then 12hours!

F7 got us all ! so many people stuck on F7 , i guess they are fixing it ? -
Same problem with a friend here , happends 12 hours ago and we still cant play :( to bad you cant make new characters without logging in. guess we will have to wait some more :(
