Delete those ini files, let the game recreate them when it starts and see if it changes anything.

Just the fact that it says to make the ini files read only tells me they dont have a clue. Its an EA game but lets make sure to not let the devs write fixes to the ini, right?

Didn't help at all, deleted that config file and didn't touch it since, launched game, changed settings in game only to prefered and rejoined atlas. Once leaving the house those things are all over the place.. unless not looking at the sea of course.

  2. Maybe should post it in bugs report section seeing no one responded? Just want to play but this is so ugly and block eye sight so much and since it didn't happen before and didn't change anything in settings, have no idea what is that. Playing other games doesn't give such problems so that's not of broken computer... especialy that got this computer 2-3 weeks ago. Also for specs information, got this: GTX 1050 Ti 4gb, 8gb ram, intel core i5 7400. Using low memory mode command and using those settings presented in this guide except the mutlicores command https://gamerdiscovery.com/atlas-how-to-increase-performance-and-fps/

Just adding an obvious point in here.

Whilst the game is still in development and damagin through walls is not a good thing, predators in real life are very damaging to humans. 1 wolf would kill a full grown man for sure.

So you could imagine it as, not something broken, but as a real life counterpart to the wolves of today.

Also, ranting post about how broken a creature in the game WILL not get it removed. But useful info will help im sure.

But they are everywhere, they bite fast enough to kill someone in 1-2 seconds, creatures respawn very quickly like if it was freeport so even if will somehow survive fight with one or if killed them in water they gonna come back soon so all of this was pointless. They also knockback, meeling them is not hard to hit, the problem is that together with their attack speed they make us go flying, they also are so fast that only a horse is able to outrun them so far from what have seen. They can stay to being able to kill someone in 4 hits, but make that armor actualy matters (having hide armor, does nothing, they still kill in 4-5 bites and there are ppl who say that even best armor, plate armor does nothing against them), make that they bite atleast 2-3x slower, being gone in 1-2 seconds while being thrown arround like a beachball is not fun, especialy when trying to get stuff back. Make also possibility to escape from them bcs right now seeing one without having water nearby means death if we can't kill them from range. They also camp beds and corpses so spawning or running for lost gear means even more deaths and frustration. Also they come often in massive packs, yesterday fought 9 of them, half hour of "fun", half of them killed, half finally gave us any f... time to play this game and ran away after horses. Also raft lost like 5k hp bcs of those pricks.

  4. They are slow, but they are everywhere, they hit hard an with many cannons and they camp edges of maps so traveling between zones is a no no without a raft or an alpha company with ships having tens of cannons. Will not dare to build anything past raft untill their spawn rate is lowered by like 4x from this point even if these are 20% of the original spawn rates, they are still everywhere, sailing between islands is just following wind and begging there is no 2-3 damned ships in where we want to go, missed atleast half islands bcs wind was in the islands direction but there just must have been a wall of undad ships.
