I have seen this for myself numerous times and that company is getting special treatment because a dev from Ark and his daughter play in it. While we were attacking their island recently, one of their mounted swivel cannon horses flew onto a mountain and back down more then a dozen times. We have sent video evidence of this to the devs, who have ignored this issue. I personally know of 100+ players who have left the game over this so you can assume it is many more players...
