  1. So instead of having a bug report folder with multiple threads to discuss server bugs (which should make it impossible for tech to overlook), lets roll them all in to 1 thread and make it look like less of a problem?
  2. Not orphans, just well organised and better at gaming then you I think. The swarm mentality can be frustrating sure, but is working efficiently to dominate cheating, I don't think so.
  3. I championed this game to my friends as we all enjoyed Ark, to the point where I gifted 5 copies to them as Christmas gifts, we're all stuck in the same zone, so giving it a few more hours and then we'll be refunding the game until they get things sorted.
  4. Don't believe it is that they don't care. It's holiday season, and at the end of the day they are people too, with lives and families outside of developing a game, I'm guessing they are down to a skeleton crew at this time of year and that is why you're not seeing the majority of bugs being addressed/patched. The issue I have, is that even if there is just 1 person sitting there, it would be the simplest of things to drop the servers for a 5 second reset, which would resolve countless complaints we're seeing on the steam forums and here.
  5. HELLO!!!!! Anyone there to push the reset button please? It's obvious that the tech team have been swamped with bug issues, and I'm pretty sure the instruction has been given to not acknowledge any of them as they wont be able to address all of them, which for me is understandable. The problem is that it comes across as very arrogant/ignorant. Having said that, something as simple as a server reset taking over 20 hours to be performed is simply not acceptable.
