If you are alone, and not in a company. Create your own company, and the beds will appear. Worked for me.

Mine was on F7 near my base.. Anchored it on the same spot as always.. Maybe a croc ate it.

Was anchored up with my schooner, relogged 1hour later becouse of the "Host Connection Timeout", now the ship is gone....... Great! Couse I didnt spend alot of time building that one..
