with the restart server did you unlock? for my part no

We just encountered a problem with a friend we crossed a zone and unfortunately the game crashed Since this crash we can not join the game... Can you do some things to fix it, can you relocate my character to a Freeport. My Character name is starting with Kyf Kyf and my friend is Jeanne la sanguinaire. Best regards
