After completely reinstalling the game the bug is still there.

As title say. Sky is completely black, some resources load in(trees, stones etc), but my raft is gone (starter area) so I spawned about 30 meters under water. It happened after i had this UE4 - shootergame game crash thing, googled after a fix, found one for Ark and tried it. That worked, but then the black sky and sudden removal of my raft happened. I've tried to restart game, restart pc, validate files 2 times but nothing seems to work.
