neighbors rage quit after ghost ship nuked their drydock, went to move in, noticed bug on timer on all their claims.

I have been getting random disconnects all day. When it happens it takes 4 or 5 tries to get back into the game as it freezes and i see snapshot 16 fail to load or freeze right before it finises.
