  1. Vitamin C poisoning- Literally not possible as Vitamin C is water soluble. The worst you will get is diarrhea and cramps. Vitamin D You get that from sunlight which is why places that have longer than normal winters, people tend to suffer from deficiencies. Vitamin d catalyzes into melanin. Vitamin B Is in so many things, it is really difficult to be deficient in this. While it is possible to not starve and die from lack of proper nutrition and the opposite is also possible, you can die from proper nutrition, but not eat enough to provide your body with the energy it needs. But these things take a long time to happen, more than a couple of days. Part of my diet is fasting for two days at a time and I haven't died or lost any muscle mass. The hunger/nutrition systems needs some serious work. Sailors would spend months at sea and eventually become deficient in Vitamin C. So the rate of decay is a bit ridiculous.
