Watching all the discord chat and progress is killing me lol I want to see too

So, I've been following the other threads, and was convinced it was a memory issue, but after the latest fix, that didn't solve my problem. I keep freezing at the loading screen. I bought the game right after launch, and I have 19 hours of "trying to get into game", but I have yet to even see the character creation screen. I have two computers, and both have the same issue. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
