even a private server really isn't the answer since server companies are semi going the way or forced into by the devs. rent a server you get 1 square to work with which i think is like a total of 4 current squares but it's still "one" zone. So it will have to be a free port if you want npcs, then a 2nd server at least for a seperate biome. Think you need up to 16 servers for all the biome types which would be somewhere around $600 every 3 months 10 player base with how most companies prices are trending.

i agree but sadly looks like they just kited a croc to my house and let it kill me through the window wall. Wouldn't of been a problem though if their mechanics worked like they were suppose to and gave the 3 day claim cooldown so now i'm just waiting outside my house for him to log back in so i can just walk in and take my stuff back out of chest since i can still access them since they were mine originally like i did with the ones on the shipyard. semi-crippled and on holiday vacation... i've not nothing but time

only have 7 walls left on ship but can't launch it because i no longer own my shipyard -.- well i still own the Schooner soooo as long as i don't scuttle it guess he can't use the shipyard either

Good to know the pin locks no longer exist when someone takes over a claim. Now I just want to go around and claim everything I see thought I was being nice only taking 5 claims but now... time to pay it forward with interest

well i just lost all my buildings and shipyard to this when i went way for just a few hours to take a break

So what happened to the have to wait for 3 days before can steal land? On pve have been playing pretty much nonstop took a break today to come back and see my company claims were taken over. Is that 3 day cooldown period not just in effect or?

Is there a place somewhere I can see if certain map chunks are down?

Believe so, before server went down actually did a respect 3 times without leveling up to try and find a way to let me complete things. Already crafted the build tables before hand and had them stashed away but atm while i can finish my schooner for the most part i'll need to respec and take sail building to finish it when it comes time for it. Leaning more towards speed sails instead of weight with these ghost ships showing up everywhere.

Eh I'd say about average 65 hours or so . Lvl 30 or around there can't check server down and almost have the Schooner built just missing a few walls and the ceilings for top deck. What my pics above were from went to an island to my south that it was alot easier to get metal but lacked wood/fiber which are easier on my island I'm building on.

As far as your rant won't comment due to fear of you going on again. As far as getting out of freeport/lawless for me as a solo I unlocked bow and farmed up enough materials to run down to town dock gave to guy to make me a raft then farmed up the hide for a bed placed on raft then a storage chest and off I went to get out of the lvl 8 cap zone.

That magical place is gone, I'm now in pucker sea. 4 friends came to visit
