    but you do understand they are the same people since launch right? did you saw burkeblack mayor atlas streamer encounter them during hacks right? same hackers . kinda obvious. and if you want to end any doubt . Spawn on A10 freeport make a raft will take you 10 mins go to A12 and claim a territory on their land. hide and watch. case closed. Grapeshot knows and we all know whats going on .

    Pathfinders,

    Earlier today, an admin’s steam account was compromised and used to cause some devastation on our Official NA PvP Network. To be clear this was not caused by a hack, third party program, or exploit. We have taken the appropriate steps to ensure this does not happen again. We’ll be rolling back our Official NA PvP Network by approximately 5 and a half hours to a network world save at approximately 11 AM UTC (3 AM PST/6 AM EST). We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank for your patience and understanding during this time.

    Yet they're both in Atlas, and it really should surprise no one that they're also cheating. Hell the CG leader is even using his standard, trademark name, Rex. 

    They told me Blackbutterfly is TEA and they are doing the same as ark , they are being back up by devs to do whatever they want and it makes sense.

    Your post is logical, and it's how it should be in a perfect world, however it is contradicted by a 4 year long record of Wildcard directly contradicting your post. And logic. And basic industry standards.

    Just remember, when you buy an Early Access Game, you are part of the process of making a game better, you play the game, you find bug, you report bugs, bugs get fixed. Same with cheaters. Starting a thread like this already with the threat to report it to media because the support team doesn't stop anything they do to immediately take care of your case and nothing else is a little self-centered.  There are most likely hundreds of other reports that are as important as yours or maybe even more. Just get some patience, let the people do their work. It's not like putting pressure on them makes the work they have to do less or magically doubles the support workers that help in those cases. You know what you signed up for. 

     

    I think you dont get whats happening here. I have been playing games since the 90s I know what a Early Access game is , the part you are missing here is that the first forum posts started when they took over a full server about 2 weeks ago , 2 streamers recorded what was happening and they told Jatt one of the devs about it. Also the streamer DasMehdi said it on stream and supposedly told the devs. The hackers now own 3 servers and keep raiding other servers , we are talking about weeks now you just dont understand what 3 servers capable of holding more than 100 people now hold about 20-30 people because they own those servers. Seems you will need to get hit by them to finally get it. This is active hackers running in a game for weeks now at open view. i dont believe i have to say anything else.

    a brigantine is too high for people to get on top and even that it can be closed you cant damage any ship in freeports , my original question is the sinking rate does it has a multiplier ? if not then you can safely leave it at night and repair at morning

    i mean i have had ships stay over night they lost alot of health but im not sure if the bigger the boat the faster it sinks , the brigantine i left lasted over night and i repaired it on the morning , do you know if i can level up sturdyness for sinking level upgrade and leave a brigantine for example.

    they disable the crash into other damage i think a few days ago

    i had a brigantine before i think it lasted about 12 hours before it sinks but if you repair it does it last longer? and does leveling up the sturdyness will extend that?

    No i was part of kobra we took a small island that pinkgays owned , we were growing so fast and had so much power by sinking 5 to 10 ships a day from the hackers they had to take us down , and obviously grapeshot does not care. we were about to clean the hackers without the devs but it is like fighting a God.

    They just put up the ticket system, and just today did some anti-hacking changes.  Give it a few days, report issues sensibly and see what happens.  It's not like they've got a staff of 12 working round the clock handling all these complaints.

    If you can't stand losing big things, don't build big things yet, and you won't have to be upset over it.

    I've got a shack on lawless (pve) and a couple of rafts, and finding a decent number of things to do.  I'm not going to try to claim land till they work that mess out, and I'm not building bigger boats until I know some nimrod can't sink them.  This should all shake out in a couple of weeks one way or the other.

    Remain calm.  None of this is the end of the world.

What im trying to explain is that a guild has been hacking for the past weeks and it has been exposed here on forums / youtube / social media etc. company ( black butterfly ) from kraken maw NA PVP server A12 they keep doing it daily for the past weeks and it seems they dont do anything about it. I understand that they just put a ticket system , but still im not talking about a group of 2 or 3 people here posting , I have seen alot of people talking about them in youtube and in forums and they still dont get banned. Also i heard rumors they are the same guild that were using duping and hacking on Ark for years and they never got banned. 

    You do not need a ticket system to help the community on something that has been posted on several threads not only by me but many others look on the search bar on forums i was not the first one to report them and the issue has been for days.

    more than 20 people today just quit the game , do you even work for the company ? they are hacking and duping. we lost more than 500 hours of gameplay in seconds.

Right now we’re helping out folks with Company Ownership issues and Players getting stuck, though hopefully, the latter is not as necessary anymore due to the recent v10 changes. Please note, that we’re always going to be leaning on the side of technical solutions to game problems versus direct Game Master intervention where we can help it.     i did submit a ticket i remember telling my company i submited when they asked me 2nd day that it launched
