Problem for me isn't maintaining a balance. Problem is that all of my vitamins are high and I am starving. I can't eat or I get vitamin poisoning and start to die anyway. It is easier to stay near my base/bed and die repeatedly so that I can start again. It is a seriously flawed system that has people choosing to die repeatedly than play.
