Is it possible to change the Company Owner without creating a new Company? (Owning Character is Stuck who knows where)

Hello guys, i just want to know, if there is a way to get an "older" char of mine back, once the servers was down my char was stuck in there, then i needed to create a new one... the problem is, he's still in the Company and is the leader, is there a way to kick him out or "Revive" him? thx
