I'm really curious if there is actual support to write a ticket to like there is in ARK. As I it seems that my character on EU PVP was bugged out since I can't rejoin the game anymore, even though it worked perfectly for the other 25 hours play time. The problem occured when I respawned in another region than the region I was in, as I died and when it gave me the option to respawn I chose a ship of my company that was out in the sea. At first it looked like I was respawning but then it just kept saying, "You died" with the ocean in the background and then suddenly freezing. After restarting my game, I kept getting the Error that I'm unable to connect, even though I was just playing minutes ago...
I'd appreciate any help, maybe there are players that have the same concurrent problem. Also I'd love to have the option to write a ticket again, so I could get my character deleted or smth...
Apparently another one of my members seems to have the same issue he died, froze and couldn't reconnect since.
