So it seems that there is no actual solution except for a server restart which wont happen for quite some time. I guess I will play unofficial servers for the meantime.

My original server M10 on NA PVP is no longer available and so when I try to join another server I get the "Joining Failed - Unable to fetch current server info to join!" alert. Could somebody inform me on how to either join a new server or delete my character so that I am no longer bound to this offline server? I cannot delete my character in-game because to do so you need to first be able to connect to a server (which I cannot).
