I never got the option to recreate. I chose respawn at bed. it instead respawns me back on the beach and reset back to level 1 as if I had just made the character. But hey, we'll see if this patch actually fixed the issue.

I'm trying to join my friends in their company. They get someone over to me, invite me to the group, and when I kill myself to respawn at their beds the game instead resets my character back to level 1 and just respawns me back at the lawless land I was at. tried several times over. I've lost so much time and effort because of this and have literally nothing to show for all of it because of this bug.
