    hi everyone, i havem y server up now, the ping shows 69 which is fine, but when i load in game the ping is 255 and everything is frozen, any ideas why this would be?

    in my launch.bat i have this, it boots up but crashes straight with this error: Failed To to load or parse entries from ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json ShooterGameServer.exe Ocean?ServerX=1?ServerY=0?AltSaveDirectoryName=B1?MaxPlayers=100?ReservedPlayerSlots=30?QueryPort=57561?Port=5761?SeamlessIP=14.202.250.120 -log -server

    thanks JATHEISH much appreciated, just setting a server up now, any idea when some more information will be available on the JSON file for more config, or how to change harvesting rates, XP that sort of thing?
