The Devs simply don't give a Fuck. They haven't looked at the forums or social media since this morning. 

Their just gonna let skill changes and ghost ships ruin a good game.

ROLL BACK THE SERVER 24 HOURS! PERIOD!

I play with my 6 friends. Due to the skill system change, we can no longer the game. We can even finish the schooner we started.

Then our Sloop was destroyed by not 1 but 8 Damned Ships! 

We also can't find land due to the stupid claiming system.

We're quitting unless they fix these issues. We refuse to play a ZERG game.

The Devs don't seem to care.

When you develop a game it's not really about what the developers want in the end. It's about what's actually going to make a profit. Hence, what the majority of your customer base wants. So I can tell you first hand, we don't want more than 1 ghost ship per map, and it shouldn't come ANYWHERE near islands. I can also tell you first hand, we want the original Skill System back. All players should be limited to a single claim, per map, with a maximum of 3 total!

 If you want to see your game successful, then these changes need to happen today!

I'm fine with a single Ghost Ship per map. Not 20.

The early access is a excuse the white knight fan boys are using to prop up this companies poor excuse for a development team.

So in addition to fucking us over with the skill system changes, the only boat we had was just destroyed, a simply sloop...….by not 1....but 8 Ships of the Damned. 12 ours at sea to find one claim spot becuz of the Chinese land grabbing whores. 14 hours to gather materials for a sloop. All to have everything wiped away in a single 3 hour period. So now we can't play solo, or in groups smaller than 100....

I'm fucking done with this game. Congratz you forced off all your players except for the fucking Chinese.

You have killed solo play and small group play. I play with 6 friends. We can't even finish the stuff we had going!

If it's not reversed today, kiss this game goodbye. It's as good as dead.

This change is just catering to the Chinese who should have already been banned.

I'll believe it, when I actually see it happen.

The patch notes say nothing, and have fixed nothing. Twitter is about as useless as they are.

I've done my research and seen nothing from the Devs. Feel free to drop links to their supposed communications.

Enough is enough. We need immediate communication from the Devs and a patch today to resolve the following issues. And if it isn't received I say we all boycott with our money. I know I for one will be refunding if these are not taken care of immediately. I've spent 27 hours on the seas, looking for new land. All islands have been claimed and are unusable. Due to players being allowed to place unlimited claims, which ruins resource respawning rates. I lost my sloop due to server lag loops as well. If you want the game to start getting positive reviews, starting getting stuff done.

1. Limit claims to 1 per character, per map, with a maximum total of 3.

2. Claims without at least 4 foundations and a bed expire in 4 hours.

3. All Claims have a flag maintenance cost. If it is not paid within 72 hours, the claim expires.

4. Increase the spawn rate of trees, rocks, etc. We shouldn't be seeing bare islands.

5. Claims should not interrupt resource respawning rate. Nor should player housing.

6. Companies need to be limited in player size. 200 players maximum.

7. OPEN A ADDITIONAL US PVE AND PVP SERVER CLUSTER!

They are ruining the game.

Claims need to be limited to 1 per character, with a maintenance cost. In addition after so many hours if the clay. Isn't built on, it should expire. We've spent 14 hours now sailing, and found no claimable islands.

players are claiming everything they come across, and it's then never used. 

I would also recommend adding another PvP and PvE server cluster to each region worldwide. No need to pack in so many players.
