If you can figure out the exact server you logged out of this should work. It did on PVE at least.

Do you know the exact location your guy was in last before you logged out? If so, try connecting to it manually, then once it times out at the main menu hit rejoin. I can't remember which one I was at last so I can't test this.

If you know the last server you spawned in before getting off, try connecting to it manually, then once it times out, hit continue instead of manually selecting the server. Worked for me on PVE. Unfortunately I have no clue which server I spawned in on PVP so I can't test this theory on the PVP server.

None of the trees I looked at had an option. Do you have a picture of this?

Characters stuck in limbo causing the game to trip balls and not allow you to reconnect. Oh Lucy.

Seems that if you lose connection, your character is stuck in limbo and won't let you connect. Hence why it works when you switch to EU because you have no characters. My buddy just got in fine but it was his first character on NA pvp.

Update: The second time trying that method did not work. If you get a pre error message before loading, you're doomed.

If you see the connection time out before it even starts to load it's most likely gonna time out. When it worked for me there was no pre error message. If that makes sense. It's like it times out before it even tried to load then times out again after loading.

Also try connecting to EU servers. Just get it to start, create a character, let it load and maybe farm something then switch back. Let me know ASAP!

After not being able to join back into my original NA server, I joined the NA pve server and it connected. I then quit and went back to my server and it worked. Freak incident?

You can't learn the recipe for a raft unless you start at a Freeport correct? The only servers I could get into were the lawless zones around the Freeports. Tried to switch home server to Freeport so I could actually leave the island and now I can't connect like everyone else. Can we get a skill to learn raft?
