  1. you may want to remove all the animations and sounds from the sleeping(offline) players in the game to help reduce some of the lag and frame rate drop. 4-5 frames per second and 200+ ping is unacceptable for the starting islands and is a HORRIBLE first impression for your games. I know you guys are working hard but the offline players entities need to be looked at more closely for the cause of a lot of the lag.
  2. The graphics need optimized very quickly otherwise people will not be able to play. I did a few tests and on the lowest graphics possible i was getting 14-15 frames per second on an Nvidia 1080 graphics card. and then while on the high setting for the game i was getting 12-13 frames per second. I have not found a place on the main starting island yet where the frame-rate gets better. The game looks amazing but the issue seems to be in the water detailing and sounds taking too much of the processing with all small waterfalls and waves crashing which make the game stutter.
