  1. More stuff to grind for? No, there doesn't need to be anymore grind added to the game. All of my friends quit, (and take note, they play Ark, Rust, and so on) because of the already insane sailing times. To get to sugarcane, a one way trip was 5 hours, for example. Then, we had to make the trip back. I agree that there should be better defenses, as well. Though, I never said that was the only reason it was tanking, as stated, the insane sailing times are perty crazy, but can be remedied, hopefully, once player shops come into play. The insanely toxic mega tribes, and absolute unwillingness of megas to work with smaller tribes, for no reason, at all, is another reason the game is tanking. Not being able to build, right now, because of all the spam, is another. Shall I go on? I know why the game is in the state it's in, but it's only two months out the door. Give it some time. Can't wait for this wipe, and these new implementations may be freaking awesome, or be totally bad, but until we see it in action, we won't know. Have faith, could be a blessing!

    People complain if they announce it right before it happens, people complain if it wipes too early, lolz I just don't get gamers anymore. Wipe HYPE!

    STOP with these changes that just make big companies more and more invulnerable to attack.. My god.. Every nerf to offline raiding is just making the game harder and harder for small companies. Big tribes are essentially unimpacted by this.. Why? Because they have people online ALL THE TIME.

    Stealth is NECESSARY for small tribes to compete. Stop forcing people to fight head to head. You're just making this game all brawn and no brains; what is the point? Whoever has the most players will win.. Wowww Great design.. Really deep and strategic.. 

    Stop letting the crybabies convince you offline raiding is why your game is dying.. That is NOT why your game is dying. If that were the reason your game was dying, ARK would be dead; but as you can see, ark is still going strong. The most popular servers STILL being PVP. 

    Uhhhh, Offline raiding is why this game is tanking... Ark isn't dying because 95% of its playerbase are on servers that don't allow offline raiding/have ORP. I can't believe this, honestly.... people have been complaining about offline raiding for ages, asking for a change, and now when the devs are actually trying to implement a fix, everyone is crying about it?? What in the actual heck??? Think about it? What makes a pirate game a pirate game? Nuking peoples boats and bases with no defense? Or going head to head, in the open sea, crew vs crew? I'd take the latter any day. There is still room for stealth raids, it just requires coordination and some scouting and so on. Thanks WC, this wipe and these changes are bringing me back to the game!

With this new change, me and my friends who had a nice thing going, dividing over the different trees who can do what can now no longer operate with our small group. It's just stupid. If you want people to pick a certain "profession" the game needs to provide a system of trade so you can fill the holes your prof has in a reliable way. Now it's join a zerg guild or get fucked. Not to mention the horrible feel it gives to the grind. The grind was tedious but acceptable because you unlocked alot of stuff and could have fun. Now my lvl 23 feels like a lvl 5 again. And playing 3 days to get to lvl 5 makes me uninstall. I'll wait it out personally to see a response/ change. But if this doesn't get reverted I'm bailing. And if I look at the forum, it won't be just me.  

    Dude, they promote trading.... but PLAYERS have to do it.... this may kick that into gear... this isn't like ark... this is a whole new ballgame


  5. Lolz, dude this needed to happen, there is no reason people should be able to spec into multiple trees.... this is an mmorpg.... They are promoting different jobs and so on, so not EVERYONE can tame and ride animals, not EVERYONE can build ships in a tribe and so on.... guys... you knew it was gonna happen! C'mon, you didn't really think it'd stay like this, did you? AND they've said for a few days that they were gonna do this... it's EA.. everything is subject to change.. EVERYTHING.. chill out, it'll all work out 🙂
