    Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the honest answer to your question  is there is nothing you can do about it, they are well aware of the problem, they are well aware of all of the exploits taking place in the game because they are almost all the same ones that have taken place in Ark for 4 years, they tossed in Battleye after awhile over there but within a day or 2 the sites that sell these hacks had new ones that weren't detected. There were large and small groups alike who openly blatantly used hacks without fear because WC either doesn't have the interest or ability to deal with them.

    Maybe just maybe if some of these exploits are used on some of the streamers that the Devs seem to be so responsive to then maybe they will do something but I wouldn't hold my breath.

    As your first post here, with WC track record don't count on the cheats getting fixed or punished and this game seems to have most if not all of Arks problems no matter how many flowery statements they made about "we learned a lot from xxx"  current performance would indicate nothing has been learned.

    well if they handle this like they did with cheaters in Ark then                    ahh who are we kidding here, they won't/don't do shit about cheaters

    Pity too, they would possibly have a decent game here in the future if they didn't let people exploit but you can judge them on past performance on what to or not to expect.

    Someone being a good shot is not cheating, someone making impossible shots of people 30ft+ underwater where they can't bee seen from land is most likely ESP/aimbots. I have seen videos that show OBVIOUS use of hacks, this thread is NOT that.

    someone getting sniped inside of a completely closed base through walls = cheating,   some dumbass standing around in a room made of all windows getting shot = not so much.

    It seems to have been a trend for the last several years that anytime some people get killed it means the other person is cheating, come to terms with the fact that you are not as good or as special as mommy told you {she was just being nice}

    Yes there are a ton of people cheating in this game and sadly the Devs here will never do anything about them, the same people have let the same cheats infect Ark for 4 years now, if they cared to stop it it would have already happened so if you go forward in Atlas know that this will be a permanent part of the game, yes it sucks, yes it would be nice if they did something about it but the sad fact is they won't.

    I agree they had been unprepared for the ground attack but the mounts seems to have way too many HP's or armor or both.

    The streamers I saw couldn't hit the water if they fell out of a boat.

    I did see one of them kill a rider with a pistol from point blank range, thought for a second he was about to figure something out but he got distracted by his streaming and wandered off with no lessons learned. Bottom line is most of these guys are just bad.

    Doesn't matter either way, Devs have now set the precedent that they are here to cater to the streamers for better or worse, today one of them was bragging about having Jat there to make sure the guy they couldn't find wasn't cheating 😕   

    Funniest part of all of this is the streamers will make more $ from this game than the people who are making it, they are getting monthly fees to be in those shit guilds  ROFL

    it is the exact reason, was 3 or 4 streamers from late shift showing all of the pissing and moaning and one was bragging about having several devs watching his stream and saying they would be nerfed asap.

    pretty sad considering the only problem was them having no idea how to deal with the mounts, not the mounts themselves, count on any level mount getting killed in 1 shot from here on out.

    Funniest crying I heard was one of the streamers saying it's bullshit because a naked dude got killed by a bear.  😮  omfg a bear can kill a naked human???  NERF NERF NERF

    Completely clueless unequipped, unprepared RPers that have no clue how to do anything in a game like this cried and cried and cried while they had Devs watching them fail 80v6 because they had no clue what they were doing.

    the animals weren't the problem, the screaming and crying streamers were, H.O.D. dudes would have leveled that place on foot with 3 or 4 guys but 80 or 100 guys couldn't do it in 10 hours. ROFL

    Honestly if they would have had anything resembling a clue or had came 50% prepared it would have been easy but they are "special" and don't think it takes any planning, just a bunch of guys who never have to leave their boats to stomp on everyone...

    With all of the problems this game already has the Devs may as well cater to the streamers to make the game even worse.

    Here is the thing, these Devs honestly won't lift a finger about people cheating in their games, Same ESP/aimbot etc have been going on in Ark since it was first on steam, after a year or so they added BattlEye and called it good, 2 days later the people who want to cheat had new cheats that dodged BattlEye.

    If rampant cheating in a game is a deal breaker for you I would suggest you spend 5 minutes searching how they handled things with TEA in Ark, just one small example of who you are dealing with and what you can expect from them in the future.   *spoiler*  don't expect anything.

    The ESP/Aimbot crap is cancer in Ark and they did little to nothing about it or really any other exploits so I don't hold any hope for them doing anything about it in here, look at their handling of the TEA bullshit and you will know all you need to. I wouldn't believe for a second their statements about learning from the mistakes from Ark because this game has the same problems from day 1.

    that aside the videos you posted are hardly proof of anything, I'm not a very good shot and could kill your ass through that many windows, who has open windows in a PvP game about shooting each other anyway???   lol

    I have seen some videos of obvious use of ESP/Aimbots in Atlas but these really aren't them, naked guy gets shot running down a beach = proof?  hardly. That doesn't mean the Cheats/exploit cancer isn't in Atlas, it is 100%,  but everytime someone shoots you it also isn't proof of someone cheating.

    There are some people who are good at shooting you without cheats, hard to believe I know but it's true, hell even on jats twitter he linked a pretty epic snipe.

     

    I would also like to add that everyone who uses these cheats and does this bullshit are NOT all Chinese, they may be everyone's favorite boogieman but don't kid yourselves into thinking Aussies/EU players or Americans are all above cheating...
