my mate purchases atlas with his visa card , he was in his librabry and it said that the payment was pending or something like that. he restarted steam and now it's not in his library and it took the money off his visa card wtf ?? if anyone else has this issue please hit me up since we dont know if it's just him or multiple people that this has happened to
