Cpu(s):Intel Core i7-5930k at 3.9ghz (6cores 12threads)

I do have to say something about this, I am running this on my own Gaming PC which also runs Atlas at the same time. Initial Bootup of the Servers eats a sick amount of ram, up to 80%, but as soon as I boot up Atlas, Windows 10's Memory Management is doing its thing and ends up a lot less. I added a screenshot of how much is used when windows 10 has done its magic.

I noticed on the Patch Notes area that it says "Server: 9.35", yet when I updated my Server I still sit on 9.33, is there some mistakes made on the Version or Releasing?

I have managed to change Grow Up Speed, Mating Cooldown and Hatching/Gestation Speed but the 1 thing I somehow can't get working is reducing the Imprinting Timer, anyone found out how to do that? I tried using the one from ARK but it doesn't seem to register it and it remains 8 hours regardless of my values.

So I added Ship Paths but, I just have 1 question, will it automatically be a Trader Route or will it end up being a Ghost Ship Route? There is no info anywhere regarding the ShipClass field, and using google is a pain, as there is thousands of things linked to the name "Atlas".

You can also delete the Server Save files, if you edit an existing map and move an island, it will leave a ghost version on the save for some reason. I had the same thing with a none Freeport island and deleting the save of the grid holding that island fixed it for me.
-
You could try using the template 1x1 and add some islands yourself, if you really want a challenge then add a map with PVE at the end, those have the Hydra Boss and other dangers.

I also would like to know, why do we even have the ability to tame creatures in a biome where it is too hot to breed them? Wouldn't make sense for them to even live there either then.

I actually run a 2x2 grid on my home PC, it has 32gb of ram and i7 5930k. I notice it does eat tons of ram at first boot but as I boot up Atlas on the same PC, windows Memory Management kicks in and it reduces the Ram Use per server from 4-7gb down to like 0.5-2gb per server. It runs great and I am happy I got it working for a few friends to play with

I just got treasure maps working too, renaming those files as stated in the guide I linked before, is a bad idea!

What is the line to set up a Server Password and is it in same place as for ARK Server? I tried the ARK one ServerPassword=xxx but I still can join without a password. Unless I am missing something somewhere. Do I also need to set it up for each of the servers on the Grid? I run a 2x2 Grid.

13 minutes ago, ForceTrainer said:@SixxGunZ - I tend to think it's more than the editor was an internal they used to create the maps, and it wasn't intended (at least not yet) to be used by the general populace. There are all kinds of little things wrong with the editor. Just the fact that it would export the cell images by default as PNGs was a perfect example of that, heh. Thankfully the most current version of the executable fixes the export issues.
@TheSlayerNL - Two things. 1) Did you reboot after renaming the files and 2) You need to have all players delete the local map cache on their machine. This forces the client to re-download the map files.
I rebooted my server many times and I also deleted that cache file, I still see no treasure maps.

27 minutes ago, ForceTrainer said:Treasure maps shouldn't be blank, so the issue is more than likely due to the cell image files not being named correctly on your server. There are a few options. You can follow the directions here for uploading files if you have done any customization to your server grid or if you stood up the host from scratch yourself.
If you are using a hosted service (i.e. Nitrado), then you should be able to rename the CellImg files in atlasmain/ShootGame/ServerGrid to have a .JPG extension instead of a .PNG extension. In either case, after you either upload or rename the files, you need to reboot the server.
I run server on my own machine, I have them renamed like thist guide:
Unless that is not what I should do, I do have the rest of the maps working, just not the treasure ones.

Or does one have to first discover the island it is on?

I can't seem to get any Treasure Maps to show me anything, despite having the normal map work fine

Fresh server so its not duplicate name
I found a setting in the GameUserSettings.ini named TribeNameChangeCooldown in the Ini Files, it was set to 10.000000, just make that a 0 and it might work, not tested it yet as I had to go but it seems related. You can still make a name after that timer finishes.

Does the example 2x2SmallGrid that comes with the GridEditor have all Resources on the maps? I got it running now but if they lack all resources I might have to edit them and add more islands to get the rest of the resources in.

Nvm, forgot I have a modem acting as router, had to add portforwarding there too.
-
So, I have experience running ARK Servers, been running them for over 2 years on my own PC.
I have followed some guides, got every set up acording to a guide here for LAN/Dedicated 1x1 Server
I portforwarded the right ports on my router (works for ARK so should work for Atlas too right?) and used my Outgoing IP (again, worked for ARK)
I added exclusions to the Firewall.
Yet I have no way of seeing my server anywhere, not in the ingame list, not on Steam.
I am really getting frustrated by this, I run on Dynamic IP but I have never had to change anything related to my IP, ARK Server worked fine and even showed up on Battlemetrics Search Results. What else could prevent this from showing up anywhere?
-
I noticed as I was trying to get somewhere that the wind seems to slowly turn in a clockwise motion, will this become random, because this way one can't even bother travelling across the map on a raft to reach a good place to settle.

I would rather have them to get rid of the Sleepers, those are terrible.
Server Version 9.35, where is it?

I use the same command I used for the rest of the updates, it should work fine unless they somehow changed the appid. If I run the update bat file it just validates and doesn't add anything new.
I just took a look at the Unofficial Server List and it seems pretty much no Unofficial Server has 9.35, seems they did not release that onto the Anonymous Steam CMD Branch.
