I believe that this happened after moving into another grid, in which I was put into another Company (which I cannot remember the name of). I died and teleported to a freeport zone after I left the company and was re-invited. However after this took place I noticed that my Exp bar was at 0 even though my progress was nearly halfway through. When I look closer at the Exp I had compared to the target to reach the next level, I realised that I had lost over 20,000 Exp but still retained my level. Now if I want to level up it would take me over a hundred hours to regain the experience and that's if I am constantly treasure hunting etc... please fix this as I genuinely cannot be bothered grinding all of this exp again.
