Apparently its an actual character deleting bug, it happened again with relogging.

So, I was in a certain spawn area and I changed to another island and I kept my level and learnt engrams, to which I tried crafting a pickaxe after gathering the needed items, upon death in that new spawn area, the game asked me to create a new character and started again from level 1. In the screenshot below, you can notice I had the needed material but it was marked out blue in the crafting system.

So, can I repurchase the game with a new MBNet or await the money to be retrieved?

I used MBNET, goes straight to my bank account? How long does it take? Never refunded xD im worried

I had the money taken from my card but I get an error trying to download the game, saying that it still is being processed and its been 15/20 minutes. Is it normal or should I just send a ticket to steam?
