I paid good money for this game and I can not even play it. As soon as I try to load in to any server, ( even single player) the game crashes. If the game is not playable, how do I go about getting my money back???

I bought the game 2 days ago and I can not even load the game. It has me create a character and when I go to play, the game just closes down. If I had known the game was not playable I would not of wasted $50 buying it. The game has been around so long, can you not fix it so it is playable? Or at least put a note in the store warning people they are buying a game that doesn't load.
