how will submitting a ticket help fix my game where i have no map i had a look on official servers and private ones i have a back map but if i go on a single player mode it shows the map and the island the game is fundamentally broken for cross play servers none of the cross play servers i can see the map at all

so how do you fix the map being blank and all b lack and not showing any island ive tried all the tricks ive found and nothing works it even happens on officail severs how am i meant to do anything in game like treasure hunt
