I'm stuck on "Ocean". Like the final loading thing for Ocean. The loading screen is still moving in the background but task manager says it's not responding. I have over 41 hours in the game and this hasn't ever happened. This is on a non-dedicated server. I also can't go into single player or join any dedicated servers on my account. I have over 100gb of free space. This is also on PC.
Things I've tried:
Verifying game files
Removing movies
Reinstalling
Low memory mode
Changing internet bandwidth in game
Full-screen
Windowed
Switching to my brother's account- which it loaded in practically right away.
