This is a known issue on EU pve for 48 hours already, there are servers down, if your character is on that you cant log in.

Hello Pathfinders, I can not connect to the server [EU PVE] The Siren's Call, when im trying to connect im getting a connection tim-out error. I can log on on all other servers. Maybe my character is stuck? I can not create a new pathfinder, the only option i can choose is to join the server, not to create a new survivor.
