I just wanted to mention that combat evasion has been the death of me countless times due to it being triggered while I'm making minute movements on elevated platforms to get an angle on the hostile creature I'm trying to kill. Maybe consider changing the control to tap "B"/"O" on the respective controller and combat cancel to HOLD "B"/"O" this would effectively eliminate the issue.
