Most of my screen is cut out. on the main menu i cannot read the news section. Also in game i cannot see status effects. i can see my health stamina and other things. but i can not see my status effects in the lower right corner

Med kit cannot be used. it starts and automatically fails. i have used it a couple times after ive died with it equipped. but it always reverts back to automatically failing after its unequipped
