My suggestion is for a company To-Do list where members of the company could add items. This would help as members could see things in real time rather than in a separate program like discord. For example, if a company is building a ship, the ship maker could put the amounts of materials needed in a to-do list and check them off as the members collect the resources. It could also contain more long term goals for the company such as obtaining gold for the upkeep.
I think it would be beneficial as sometimes it's hard to know what is needed for the company to advance or sustain itself.
