Big companies raid the world from freeports ?

Is this intended ? Big tribes raid everyone out of freeports, storing their stolen goods on rafts in the freeports.

No issue to evade the 8 hour decay timer if you have have enough players to login now and then to repair.

Unfortunately not possible for solo players/small tribes/people with a life-job-family.
