Question about the starting raft

So in the Freeports there is a log jam of rafts at the dock.  People seem to pull one length ahead and then stop their boat so the next person gets locked in.  Is there a way to get your raft out when there are rafts in front of you?  I can't pull my boat free, can I?

Would seem to be an exploit for large groups to just lock up the free ports with rafts.

I would not think the game would spawn your raft locked in but I would, one pick a new port or move to one of the other three ports via the dockmaster or two, as soon as you spawn your raft move it out of the harbor.

Just out sails to full and wiggle it out hopfully it doesn't get stuck and you bimp other ships out of the way. They just recently removed collision damage on boats in Freeport zones

Make sure you spend the time to get to another Island.

 

The Rafts despawn in less then 24 hours.

Iv lost two and still stuck at the shitfeat of laggy Freeport
