PVE: claiming becoming impossible

At this point about every dot of land almost on PVE server for NA has some random foundation put on the lawless region and single player companies are even holding onto entire islands. The decay of 4 days on lawless lands and the decay of 3 days for claimed lands is to long. We need to implement 24 hour time limits and go up or down from there as needed to start. To see 1 guy walking around an entire island with nothing built hardly except in 1 corner of the island, but he has flags all over saying "i claim this" and nothing we can do is a travesty for the PVE world. He can either build "X" amount of structures that decay over time if not maintained or the land can be directly claimed from him if he is not standing on it.

Its amazing to me that they didnt learn this lesson from ARK. This was one of the major issues
