Add a key for each island a discovery of sorts

So you go to a new island you discover it on the map a side note is created on that island you start to collect resources and you have  your own little log of what each island has on it. 

You mine some stone you find Chert, Copper, Granite these are discoveries you made on this island also the island itself points of interest are also noted. You want to make the game a bit on exploration and discovery implement this sort of idea. 

Currently having to go to a website is not what anyone wants to do in their time they want to explore the game not look up a cheat guide
