When claimng islands do all of your company member have to be online in atlas?

Quick question that I haven't seen any documentation for - when a company is claiming islands, do all of the company members have to be online in atlas at the time of island claim in order for the company to have maximum company points available at the time of claiming?  For example ... if a company has  24 members and 86 total company points but only 15 of the members are online when the company wants to claim an island will that company only have 64 points available to them for island claiming?

No, just have to be in the company.
