Hip Items clipping through legs

Items on the PTR server are currently clipping through my legs, It may be how i created my character but seemed to be a pretty normal looking character.

Let me know if i need to change how my character looks, and if so what slider it would be i would need to increase. :D

There's an issue with the weapons/tools not scaling properly with the size/height of the avatar.. and this is likely what you're seeing.  People are often, for pvp at least, making short skinny black female characters, because they have smaller hitboxes.. and are difficult to see.. esp at night.  But when you see them during the day their tools look slighly unweildly. Due to the scaling.

It's similar to issues with avatars clipping through saddles etc.  Can't really be fixed without some dedicated work.
