How to start a Dedicated Server

There are lot of informations about do d/l the Server files, but the most important thing is, how to start the server, if the files are here.

This question noone asked and noone explained, but i cannot figure out, why.

 

so you all serverowners, out there, please could someone try to tell, how to start the server?

 

and further, where to place the ServerGrid.json

Got your .bat files setup? Those start the server.

There is just one .bat file for the redis server, but nothing else.
i've d/l it with steamcmd

You have to write the .bat file

the fact, that i have to write a bat file is nothing new.

instead of trolling me  you could tell me WHAT i have to put in the bat file....

Sorry for trying to help. Not trying to troll. I have never done this before. I use ASM for Ark.

Hardly unbelievable.  Lynx pointed you to the exact information that you need.  It's all right there.  Of special note is the section "Starting an Atlas Server".  

Also, all I hear is "someone do it for me".  So, instead of trying to explain how this section applies to your question, I'll just troll you by saying that it does.

Typical... This is EXACTLY why unofficial servers get a bad wrap!! People trying to do things when they absolutely no clue whats involved! Getting a server running is the easy part. But if you can manage that then you SURE arent capable of managing it properly!

You might want to get out your credit card and offer to PAY someone to do all the work for you. That will get you a LOT farther than crying about trolling from someone that pointed you in the right direction!
