Do away with SOTD for PVP and give 10x all the time

Just as titles says, I have been playing PVP for the 6x time till while waiting for the wipe. Not one person seems to care much about anything but gathering for war. PvP mode should be 10x maybe higher, but the catch would be if you die you start with a decrease in lvl points. This would incentives people to play as though thier life mattered and travel in groups make med systems more valued and pay attention to thier vitals better. People constantly bitch about vitamins I must be the one idiot cause I manage them just fine. 

PvE should be mostly the same as it is currently, there should be some islands of NPCs (I keep saying cannibals) that pose as dangers and some more mission types some that don't have something to do with running stuff for something, or granny's old mush pie recipe. The east ones nothing pops out of the ground. Even have hunt where a big beacon isn't lighting everything up. Have the normal game to play.
