In the North West Americas, these are used.

Please, form your answer in the form of a question.

Can you developers (gods), make a wonderful device like this?

It does not have to be this big.

It could be something found in the new biome parts of the map.

It could be a prop but usable to tie in with the prop houses in and around the map.

It can realistically only be used in rivers tied to river banks.

Short and Sweet Idea?
