Has anybody actually seen much that was shown in the trailer?

So far me and my friends have 20+ hours of gameplay and I'm yet to see any of the real cool looking content that was shown in the trailer. Mass interaction with NPCs, cool bosses, actually good combat, not just boats but in multiple elements, even stuff like dragons
