Company Recruitment Thread Addition

As of right now the only way I've found to attract members to a company is through the company tab. However, nothing in that page is designed to allow for advertisement, and instead seems to act simply as a search engine for companies.

Thus, (assuming my current knowledge is accurate) I would love to see a thread added for the sole purpose of recruiting people to your company. The game seems to require large groups of players banding together, so this feature, to me, seems paramount.

The problem is, as I mentioned, the page linked above only allows for players to search out your company rather then allow for advertisement. A company willing to put the effort into recruitment SHOULD have the upper hand IN RECRUITMENT over those who simply put their company on the company page.
