Atlas Population Will Sink to 15,000 Max Because Atlas failed to implement this:

I'm in a large company and I love this idea. We have the manpower and resources to make it near impossible for you take the capital flag in any of our grids. This will allow us to further entrench and cement our land claims, no more pesky people trying to claim our land on the outskirts of our territory. We just need to put a capital flag on top of the highest cliff and honeycomb it.
