How do I set a zone to be non-lawless?

The only option I can find is in grid editor, where you can set a zone as a "home server", but I don't see anything about lawless.

I havent tried it but I think its this...

bDontUseClaimFlags=0

in the game.ini file or in the "OverrideShooterGameModeDefaultGameIni": {} section of the .json file for the server you are changing.

Yea this is the one. Thanks a lot for the info.  I was so happy we can just build without claim flags, but sadly it also enabled lawless mode so it's useless for me.
