Could someone less dense then I am explain what this is for, and should I use this on my private server that only my wife and I play on?

Game.ini:
[/script/shootergame.shootergamemode]
bHomeServerDontReplicateLoggedOutPlayers=1
(enables logged off/sleeping players from replicating on home servers)
bPvEDontReplicateLoggedOutPlayers=1
(enables non-replicating logged off/sleeping players on all PvE servers)

Well each grid has it's own separate saved/config.
If your server is a home server you should add 
 

bHomeServerDontReplicateLoggedOutPlayers=1

If its just a regular grid then use this one 
 

bPvEDontReplicateLoggedOutPlayers=1

It will prevent players from being dupped in game. I have seen some players transfering grids and one dupe of them is still on the ship driving the boat while they relogged
So yes definitely to use.

I've tried adding both lines in Game.ini of each saved/config and it's working correctly. Make it easyer for me to just copy to each grids.
