Нужно пересмотреть добычу ресурса кремень, так как он слишком прост в добыче. Например: если рядом с базой есть камни и возникла потребность сделать порох, то идешь с киркой и добываешь кремень. Но если в 200 метрах от базы есть кремень в чистом виде (в виде камня) то не побежишь специально за ним, потому что он легко и большом количестве добывается из обычного камня. 

Мое мнение: нужно сократить добычу кремния из камней в таком соотношении, если добыча железа из камня в среднем от 3-6 единиц , то кремний до 20 единиц , остальное камень. Так же вес кремния приравнять к углю. В среднем в инвентарь персонажа помещается 1000 единиц угля , а кремний слишком легкий около 3000 единиц. Тогда ценность кремния будет чуть выше и нахождения отдельно Цельного камня (кремний) будет приятной находкой.

Then the value of silicon will be slightly higher and finding a separate Solid Stone (silicon) separately will be a pleasant find.
